What’s a typical day like for you at Lyka HQ?
Every day is different, although a typical day starts with some meditation before cycling into the office in Alexandria, grabbing a coffee before a team meeting and then sitting down to dive into some deep analytical work. By the afternoon, I’ve been pulled in all different directions and will be juggling several different workflows, but that’s what makes it fun!

What is the best part of your role?
Definitely the feeling that your work matters and that you can see the impact of your work directly. I also love that my roles give me the chance to touch all parts of the business, and connect and collaborate with a diverse range of people and skillsets.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Lyka?
The people, it feels like a family. And the sense that you can forge your own path and take ownership of your career, it’s a great feeling.

What dog breed would you be?
A Curly-Coated Retriever – I need to exercise daily for both my physical and mental health, or I can get a bit restless!
